How to do a yearly review
It’s time to reflect on 2018! I love doing this exercise towards the end of the year, particularly before I can switch off for Christmas break and start looking ahead to the new year.
I filmed a short video last week sharing some simple journal prompts I like to use to reflect on my year, feel proud of myself and gear myself up for my new year goals!
Highly recommend you set aside an hour or so in the diary in the next couple weeks to do this exercise. It’s so beneficial and you really deserve it – we just don’t celebrate ourselves enough.
This is also the perfect exercise to do ahead of 2019 and my 2019 Goal Setting Workbook! It’s coming in January 🙂 and will be jam-packed with guidance, tools and support to guide you through the whole year. It’ll be available to purchase as a download OR printed edition in January, so make sure you’re signed up to the weekly newsletter so you don’t miss out!
One last thing – I’m taking on January 1:1 clients. If you’d like to put yourself first in 2019 and receive your very own cheerleader/accountability buddy/goals planner/support system then I’d love you to head here to find out more about how we can work together.
