Your worth is not defined by the number on the scale. Your worth is not defined by whether or not you fit into this narrow minded ‘bikini body’ ideal that is pushed on us at this time of year.
In today’s video, I’m having a wee rant about bikini body bullshit. Yep, forgive my language but I get slightly irritated by the marketing agenda of profiting off women’s insecurities, and wish from the bottom of my heart that every woman could fully embrace her body and have the time of her life this Summer and EVERY Summer.
