I’ve missed doing these videos! They are so fun to film, and I’m such a foodie I love to watch and share them myself. So today I’m going through a recent day working at home, showing you my simple, balanced approach to health and fitness. Yes there’s your standard ‘blogger’ food in there, but there’s also chocolate…and me failing on my jump squats set! I hate those things…
