I totally get it. It’s 20th January. Most of us have felt the buzz of the New Year slowly fizzle out. At the start of the month, we may have had high motivation, felt energised and intent on making HUGE changes in our lives. But now, it’s becoming difficult to continue that momentum and we feel like just giving up.
Today I’m sharing how you can truly stick to your New Year’s Resolutions all year long.
