What is life coaching? Who's it for?

I work one-on-one with women to support them with their goals, and empower them to put themselves first.

My life coaching work is support, guidance and accountability for women who are committed to more; who want to make huge positive change in their life, achieve their goals and invest time in self development.

We all need those people to lift us up on our down days, to celebrate our wins and to cheer us on along the journey to whatever we want to achieve. I’m that person for my clients, every step of the way!

Do you have a step-by-step plan? Can you guarantee results?

I don’t do a ‘one size fits all plan’.

I don’t tell you what to do.

I don’t preach certain rules or ideals.

And I definitely don’t do the work for you!

All my clients are so unique, in who they are as a person and what they want to achieve. The more you give to the coaching experience, the more results and rewards you’ll reap for yourself.

My aim is empowering you with the confidence and practical tools to discover what’s right for you, to define success on your own terms and take action.

I'm in a different timezone/work 9-5. When are you available?

I largely work during the day Monday-Friday. However, I have limited evening appointments for clients who need that flexibility, so we can figure out the best time slot for you based on our time zone and/or work schedule.

What's it like to work with you? How can it benefit me?

My clients often describe our calls as feeling like a relaxed chat with their best friend! I’m there to listen, support and guide when needed.

Largely, I’m there to allow you the time and space to think through your biggest dreams, goals and desires and be able to set an action plan in place to make them happen.

When we finish our work together, I want you to feel like you can take on the world! I want you to feel amazing about yourself and your capabilities in achieving your goals both during and after our time working together.

Coaching is so empowering because it strengthens your intuition and allows you to continue self-discovery – by the end of our time together, you’ll be coaching yourself!

How can I get the most out of coaching?

I want my clients to feel empowered by the commitment they’re making to themselves throughout the sessions.

I ask you:

  • Give our work 100% of your effort and attention
  • Commit to doing the work and taking action
  • Be honest, open and transparent with me

You can expect exactly the same from me, along with 100% confidentiality and zero judgement within our sessions. No tough love or preaching here, just encouragement.

What have you worked on with previous clients?

Some of the things I’ve helped previous clients with include:

  • Developing their individual self-care plan – self-care practices to ensure they feel their best, are putting themselves first and looking after themselves.
  • Discovering more about themselves, their values and what’s important to them in life. << something a lot of us rarely think about!
  • Setting long and short-term goals – breaking those goals down into daily and weekly actions. From starting a business to getting into a fitness routine, and anything/everything in between.
  • Developing simple and sustainable daily habits to aid their goals. Health and wellbeing, organisation, time management and loads more positive habits have been created by my amazing clients!
  • Working on their mindset, relationship with themselves and any fears and doubts they face along the way.

You can email me whenever you need extra support, guidance and encouragement between sessions. If you have a question, need a pep talk, have a milestone to share or anything else you want to chat about, I’m just an email away.

I’ll be back to you within 24-48 hours, so it’s the perfect way to keep in touch and stay accountable between calls.


Every session, you’ll have a recording of the call. A lot of clients find this really beneficial for self-discovery, self-reflection and perspective between sessions. You’d be surprised at what you can learn listening to yourself talk about a problem.

Any notes, summaries and action steps from the call will also be included.

If we discuss something specific within the call and I have extra resources to share, these will be linked for your convenience.

All this, available in a password-protected, private page for you to access during and after our time together.
