Affirmations are something I’m really focused on making a habit this year.
I think they can be really powerful in contributing to self belief, positive vibes, motivation towards your goals and more.
However, most people – myself included, are quite intimidated by affirmations. The whole “stare into a mirror and tell yourself you’re amazing” is a bit too intense for me. But don’t let that put you off!
There are many different ways you can start to incorporate affirmations into your daily life, some of which I’ll be sharing in today’s video. I’m also talking about my top tips if you’re a beginner to affirmations, and how to create your own, powerful phrases to use in your own practice.
