My Journey & Personal Story…

When I started my business 5 years ago, I had no idea what I was doing. The only thing I knew was the gut feeling I had inside me. Through a whole heap of fear, doubt, imposter syndrome, guilt and not to mention the pressure from myself and others – I pushed through it all and followed my intuition down a career path I’d never have imagined taking.

This was the real turning point for me. I started to connect to the deep wisdom inside myself – that intuitive guide I believe we all have access to. It strengthened my relationship with myself, my confidence soared and I started to become the person I always wanted (and needed) to be. 

With that came a huge passion for self care, health and wellness. Not in the marketing, gimmicky sense of fad diets or detox teas. But the true meaning of self care – consciously making loving choices for yourself – whether that be physically, mentally, emotionally or spiritually. I never used to love my body, but now I have a deep, profound respect for her and how she carries me through life. I regularly make time for the gym, meditation, rest and good food – whether that be food that’s good for the body, or food that’s good for the soul! I’m also partial to a Netflix binge with a G&T in my hand – because that’s totally self care too, right!?

What do I do?

  • I help women move through guilt, fear, comparison, imposter syndrome and whatever else is holding them back from putting themselves first.


  • I support women to listen to that gut instinct and act on it, guiding themselves to a purpose-driven, beautiful life.


  • I keep my clients accountable to setting and achieving goals they’ve always dreamed of working towards.


  • I empower women to challenge themselves, leave their comfort zone and have the self belief to go for anything they want in life.


  • I encourage my clients to make time for self care, set healthy boundaries and create a work/life balance that allows them to thrive.
